Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Clothing items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. See our full return policy for more info.
Can I cancel/change my order?
We can change/cancel your order within 1 hour of receiving your purchase. Simply email us at customerservice@amsoniaclothing.com or fill out our contact form.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order and your location.
How can I track my order?
You will receive/should have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once we ship your order. You may also log in to your account and check your order history for tracking information.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.
We recommend checking all areas around the outside of your house to ensure that it has not been placed in a location that you may not have noticed. It may have also been accidentally delivered to a neighbor.
If you are unable to locate your package within two days, please contact us.
